Taste of Yaletown Returns!
Taste of Yaletown (TOY) returns for the 11th year with 2 weeks of mouth watering, deliciousness as 27 participating restaurants prepare stunning menus that are only available during the event! Loved by both the kitchen and meal go-ers, this event gives the chefs the opportunity to try out and be creative with dishes that haven’t been on the menu!
Yaletown prides itself as Vancouver’s dining district with over 40 different restaurants, providing an atmosphere for food lovers to hop around and satisfy their taste buds. This popular dining event runs from October 15th to the 29th with menu combinations at set prices of $25, $35 and $45!
‘Yaletown is home to some of the city’s best chefs, many of whom view Taste of Yaletown as a time to showcase their creativity. We’re excited by some of the new restaurants in the area this year and are looking forward to seeing what the chefs are going to serve up this year for thier exclusive Taste of Yaletown menus” states Annette O’Shea, Executive Director of the Yaletown Business Improvement Association.
TOY this year will focus on community impact in Yaletown and a portion of the proceeds will go to The Greater Vancouver Food Bank. Since the event began 11 years ago, TOY has raised over $100,000 in support of the GVFB!
